The past week has been crazy! I feel like we have just been working and unpacking every single day. We only have our closet to organize and figure out what to do with our dining room stuff. It is slowly coming along and starting to feel more like home.
This weekend was pretty great! Friday night my best friend from college and roommate came to visit. Justin and I surprised her at dinner with the big news and she had the best reaction. We so wish she could be our baby's nanny but are so excited for her to start her big girl job at an awesome school in the fall. We spent hours catching up and it made me remember how much i love her and missed her. Saturday we finally got random things out of the apartment that just wouldn't fit... like a 6 foot Christmas tree.... and brought important things in like a vacuum. We visited Justin's mom and step-dad and ended up getting some family end tables for the living room that I can wait to re-finish (well get Justin to do it since I cant smell the fumes). Sunday we we went to church with my brother and sis in law. It reminded me how much I miss Northpoint and I'm excited to get back going and get involved. The Toothaker family came over after their afternoon nap and we went swimming and then to dinner. Jane got to show off her great swimming skills. She is the cutest little kid I know :) Overall the weekend was just great family time and getting settled into our new place and getting used to being in Atlanta.
An update on the peanut--- we have now graduated from an embryo to a fetus whooo hooo! He/She is looking more and more like a baby and not our dinosaur or gummy bear from the last picture. Still no sickness and feeling GREAT! I think its official though to look for different pants and definitely a new bra. Oh the joys of being pregnant. I cant wait to get the belly and announce it to the world :) only a couple of more weeks!!!!!
