Baby bedding

AHHHHHHH!  I could not be more excited about the baby bedding that we have decided.  

So if you know me, you know that I am picky, anal, and usually want exactly what I want... so of course I just couldn't decide with just any ole' baby bedding.  Justin and I hunted and hunted for thing that we loved and we did fall in love with this baby bedding from Pottery Barn..

 

but we added this whole bedding up and it was around $300, so Justin said if I could find a fabric we both agreed on and could make it for around 1/2 the price then we would make our own bedding. 

I was sooooo thrilled when my sis in law told me to visit fabricworm.com.  They have the cutest fabrics ever and I found organic fabric that Justin and I really loved.  AND the best part is all the fabric we have ordered is definitely going to be 1/2 the price and its all organic for our sweet babies skin :) 

so this is what we have picked out so far... I still need to decide on the fitted sheet, and exactly how I want the bed skirt

this will be one side of the quilt

this will be the other side of the quilt 

this will be the pipping for the quilt and bumper strings

this will be the inside of the bumper... the outside will be an off white

I have started cutting and sewing all the tiny triangles for the quilt and its making me so giddy!  I cant wait to pass it all over to Justin's grandma to finish! its going to be the cutest bedding EVER!
