Officially Moved to the City

Well over the weekend me and Justin along with the rest of the family moved out 3 bedroom home into a 1 bedroom Condo in Dunwoody.  Although I didn't do too much lifting and moving I have never felt more exhausted in a while!  Since being pregnant I have felt a little more tired but not too much, but after Saturday I thought I was going to die at work Sunday with only 4 hours of sleep.  The big plus is that we now live across the street from my work, so its now literally a 2 min commute from the time I walk out my door to the time I walk through my works door.

I think the biggest debate by everyone is where in the world the baby is going to go haha.  Luckily the bedroom is large and our closet is almost double the size we had before.  So we are planning on moving a dresser in the closet and then the baby will go where the dresser was, or our biggest hope is that in a few months they will have a 2 bedroom available that we can move into.  The thought of moving our stuff again makes me hate life, but I guess what in the world are we going to do with a baby, 2 dogs and 2 adults in 960 sqft?!?  We know we either have to move in a year, or move in about 4 months when rent will probably be cheaper.

Another thing I'm loving about being up here is re- connecting with old friends!  Friday night my best friend from college is coming to hang out.  Now she only lives 10 min away instead of  over an hour away.  I can not believe we have not seen each other since my wedding.  Thank goodness for texting and Facebook to keep us in touch.  The best thing is she has no idea that I'm pregnant and  I Can. Not. Wait. to tell her!  Lets just say she will probably figure it out pretty fast when I don't order a drink for dinner.  I cannot wait to share the good news with a good friend!!!

Ohhhh on a side note!  Our dogs are trying to adjust to the city life and its been quite funny and challenging.  Tucker has not ever been anywhere but our home and every time he hears people in the hallway or above us he barks.  Well we decided we needed to purchase a bark collar for him also (Maggie is already accustom to this collar b/c of living in an apartment before our home---lets just say I can put the collar to her face and she doesn't make a noise at all).  I think I almost peed my pants the first time Tucker barked he jumped in the air on all fours like a cat.  Lets just say he's learning too that there is no barking when that collar comes around.

I will keep you guys posted on the apartment ordeal and post pictures when we finally get settled and things hung on the walls.  I'm hoping by the next couple of weeks we will be completely moved in.  And on the baby note I'm feeling great just feel bloated and the boobs are out of control.  My next appointment is in 2 weeks! Then its off to get all signed up with a doctor in Atlanta!
